Nice spot, close to the south entrance of Yosemite (20min drive), we stayed here for two nights while visiting Yosemite. You can hear the street which is in the valley below, but it gets quiet at night. Also this is a OHV area, so there are a few UTV an similar driving by during the day. There is a fire ring, permit required, and check with the lokal forest office if it is allowed to build fires.
