Located at the back of the Flying J building (northeast corner), right next to the dumpsters. Look for grey concrete blocks.

Behind the building. It’s free. No water to rinse. It’s also raised up which is weird but it got the job done
Report Check-InI stayed here for about month in my car. they won't bother you but cops are always here. there's a bar attached so they get crazy throwing beer bottles. one morning I woke up to eaten chicken wings on my nachos. you're not welcome their but they won't tell you to leave. police were constantly coming by running plates. Rapid City is a dangerous place

The lot is mostly level, but the dump itself is raised a bit off the ground. That's a problem for those with smaller/ lower trailers.
