Great spot, quiet and safe. Spent a few days here and there are several areas to pull your car into. Mildly popular around this time. It is windy and dusty, and the road is long and bumpy but doable in any car.
Report Check-Inpoor cell signal with at&t and t-mobile but better if you go up or down the road a bit. Quiet and accessible in a sedan.
Report Check-InThere's two large areas at this spot and many more spots all over the place. Very bumpy road but solid ground and no high clearance is required. Higher spot is good for paramotor but be careful with the powerlines.
Report Check-InFantastic super quiet spot to park. I’ve been here for two days and I’ve only seen two pick up trucks driving by. No one else camping here I’ve had the whole place to myself. I definitely will return.
Report Check-InLovely spot! lots of level ground, bigger 2wd rigs can make it here. It's right on the road but real quiet, only saw one other car all night. Coyote calls and gas flares in the distance. Great for an overnight before or after the park. LNT my friends.
Report Check-InBeautiful blm spot! Easy to access, a bit rough but was able to make it with my SUV (I’m a carcamper). 10minute away from the Caverns. Beautiful sunset and sunrise, a bit windy but was able to have a fire for a few hours. Stars are nice if skies are clear! Quiet and was by myself for the entire night. No road noises. ATT 5G 3-4bars.
Report Check-InStill my favorite place to "live" in white city. 14 day stay on Beautiful BLM land. down the hill and across the dry creek crossing there is a huge pull off on the right. that's the best spot. No broken glass, no trash, beautiful rocks, breathtaking sunsets, and a gorgeous view of the Guadalupe Mountains just a short hike from pull off spots. Caught a once in a lifetime shot today which will forever make it even more special. Road coming in is very rough but any vehicle will make it .. just might rattle some things loose.
Report Check-Ineasy to reach with 2wd low clearance. no one there for the 24h we were on the spot
Report Check-InPerfect dessert BLM spot 10 minutes from Carlsbad. We didn’t try the hill spot but this was an easy bumpy dirt road in our 2WD Transit. Wide open, fire ring, no one else, Starlink heaven
Report Check-InRoaming cattle made the spot great. Went here when the winds were too gusty on our hilly campsite and we had great service with our starlink.
Report Check-InSuper quiet night, no one else around. Beautiful views, lots of free roaming cattle, and one fire pit where we stayed. Would stay again. About 20 minutes from the Carlsbad visitor center.
Report Check-InBLM land, vast space, quiet, no problems. Beautiful sunset snd sunrise. A few small rock fire pits but it us very windy. Big sky, lots of stars, distant night lights from civilization. Very pristine, no random trash. Pack it in and out, please, to keep it this lovely. We love BLM.
Report Check-Instunning rocks and views in this peaceful free area of blm land. take the gravel road past devils playground to a second paved area. bumpy in our 32ft class c but worth it. gypsum on the hills and views for miles.
Report Check-Innice pull off place after passing devils playground. 2wd rv was fine but bumpy. peaceful and beautiful
