At the end of the road there is a very nice beach where you can safely park your car and sleep. During the day it’s quite active with ticos enjoying the beach, at night it’s really quiet. We loved the serene beach basically all to our selves and the amount of stars we were able to see!
There is some water nearby to do the dishes and wash the sea water off but this seemed a temporary solution when we were there. There is also a bin.
Lovely place to stay! We felt safe and were offered help and fruits by a tico who was also camping in a van at the same time.

Beautiful site under palm trees with a sheltered bay and beach only meters away. There a garbage can and an obvious site to camp a few meters along the beach path. The few locals who came past were are super friendly and site feels very safe!
Report Check-InWe tried to go to this place in our 2wd van but we got about half way in and it was exceptionally steep down to the beach. So we backed up and turned around. A heavily loaded two wheel drive van would have difficulty getting up the hill.
