We stayed here for one night after asking the owner of the property if we could stay the night. (When you enter his land to go to the river, on your left there will be his house. He will be somewhere inside the house, outside or on his land. In our case he came outside to check on us.)
He was super kind, offered us sugarcane and pipa and let us stay there quietly. The road goes down to the river which is really nice, camping (with your car) would be recommended a little higher up on a level part of the road. The river gets higher fast when it rains so it’s not recommended to sleep down at the river.
We really liked the place and you don’t hear much of the road. You mostly hear the river and jungle sounds. Oh and there seems to be howlers living in the trees above, which is nice and fun!
The river here seems to be not suitable for swimming because there’s a strong current. We played in the water though, building dams and such :) =
