Very good conversations with bar tender and guests. Interesting people there. Great value, if you pay with US$. Bar tender give opportunity to pit a tent in the backyard. If you are a cyclists, sign the guest book.

There's a new bartender, Ted, who is also very nice. He sold us drinks and hot dogs even though the place wasn't officially open for the season yet, and let us camp in the back.

As described. Colorful & whimsical place. Friendly folks. Bartender was great - mentioned the bicycle trip to Panama as well. Locals are friendly. Didn’t try to food.

I arrived just before sunset on bicycle and was quickly offered a place to camp by the guy behind the bar. Not sure what happened to the Hot Dogs but they weren’t doing them when I was there, so had to settle on a beer. Tried to camp on the patio outside but was insanely windy and moved inside instead.

Interesting little place to stop. They have nice cold beer, didn’t ask about food though. if you’re a cycle tourist they’ll probably offer to let you sleep on the floor. We did. We ended up sleeping inside our tent inner because there was a high speed cat and mouse chase happening around us! The owner is American, had the place for 20 years. The guy behind the bar is Mexican, and has cycled to panama himself! Both very nice guys. Lots of stuff on the walls to look at.

Cool place that welcomes cycle tourists to overnight. Beware it’s closed Mondays and Tuesdays for food and drink but we were allowed to camp out anyway on the condition we didn’t interrupt the owner in his day off. We were also offered some water to see us through to San Felipe.

Useful stop along this otherwise pretty quiet road.

After awkward greetings followed by silence (looked like we interrupted private session) we were told they don't have coffee nor tea. Small book shelf had some generic novels in English. Place looked cool, people not. We didn't stay.

Willing for cycle-tourists to spend the night here. Not an extensive menu, but 8 hotdogs do the trick! Drinking water available during opening hours only. Flush toilet and small sink out the back.

Cool little oasis. Cold beer, hot dogs, cool customers, and loads of books line the walls. Loved it!
