Really nice spot for the night! We thought about stopping at the junction before, but glad we didn’t this was a very peaceful stop.

Site 16 is Starlink compatible but is a bit uneven, so that’s the tradeoff. Every other site is extremely level and large! Comes with a fire pit, free wood, and pit toilets. Water you have to boil.

Primitive and beautiful camping! Enjoy

Nice little Territorial campground. All the RV sites were full when we arrived except two in the parking area near the lake, one of which is a handicap site. This is a perfect spot for relying on solar power but can be hot in the sun. Tent sites are adjacent in the trees. Fee is now $20 cash. Permit can be pre purchased in some stores or online for $18. The lake looks inviting to swim (and many did) but the bottom is very mucky.

It’s 20$ in 2023. Nice place for kayaking.

The tent-only spots are absolutely beautiful, overlooking the lake. We saw 2 massive golden eagles only metres away. Rest of the campground seems typical, perhaps a bit nicer than normal.

Basic campsites with clean toilets and access to the lake. We were just driving through.

Lovely little campground with the usual great Yukon Government standards. $12 per night. Easy access to Carcross which has many historical sights.

Report Check-In

Fabulous. Underused. Shelter for cooking and eating has huge wood stove and big enough space for almost any storm. Beautiful lake too!

Report Check-In

Reasonable spots. A bit close to the highway but the price is right and makes having a fire easy with the supplied wood.
