Other users have said the road wasn’t too bad—but they weren’t here in spring! Currently, it’s very muddy with some serious puddles and boggy spots. If you visit early in the year while the ground is still wet, and your vehicle doesn’t have 4wd (like mine), be prepared for some uhhhhh…”creative” driving to get down to the beach.

That said, it’s a nice spot. Quiet and scenic, lots of space, and nobody bothered me. It also looks really clean, so thanks y’all for picking up your trash and let’s keep it that way!

Great stop for us on our way North. Access road is hidden behind a power station and is pretty rough, I'd recommend a 4x4 rig if attempting it. Mosquitoes were bad this time but it's worth it to wake up with waterfront views.

Report Check-In

Lots of power lines, in the sky and underground. Strong electricity everywhere.
Easi acces.

Report Check-In

Lots of space for multiple RVs/ tents/ campers! Bit windy/ exposed, but quiet and good for camping before getting on the island (which is very hard to free camp on these days).

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot to stay, lots of space along rocky beach. Take the path that curves left around the back of the electrical facility. Very bumpy gravel road to follow but definitely worth it!

Report Check-In

Beautiful area. Rather far from the road. Turn left when you reach the electrical installation. A bit windy.

No signs here. Beautiful place. Stayed two nights. A local told us to be aware of snakes. On the stony beach and in the lake. So better: Do not swim here.

Report Check-In

Beautiful. Easy to get to. Take the left just past the transformer station.

beautiful wild place at the edge of the water. great scenery 🤩 easy and smooth arrival with RV SUNSEEKER 31ft.

Amazing waterfront sites, great for launching a kayak/SUP, fire rings and someone even left a big pile of dry wood! There are many open sites if you take the loop to the left, breezy and no bugs tonight plus quiet for a Friday.

Report Check-In

Stayed at this little beach, very peaceful no one else around, someone else came down and then left and that was it, make sure you take the road in front of the power station. Bit bumpy but not too bad

We stayed here one night and it was great! We were the only ones there overnight! No sign "no camping".

Report Check-In

No signs saying can’t overnight.
Great spot for RV, lots of space for dogs to run. Right on rocky beach.
Keep these boon-docking areas clean so we are not prohibited in staying again.

Report Check-In

This place is not closed at all! You just habe to take the right turn. If you end up in front of the “no overnight staying” sign, you need to turn around and get the other way to the left. Then you arrive right at the lake, where some fire pits are. You can stay there. Locals told me, it’s private property of a super rich family who doesn’t care, if people camp there.
When I was there, it was super windy, don’t know, if that’s normal and always windy or just that 2 nights.
Rough street, but doable without 4x4

Report Check-In

Great spot when you turn in go to the left as soon as you pull off the road. Take road right to the end there is about 5 spots to park on the water. Keep it clean take garbage with you this is a beautiful spot.

Report Check-In

Awesome are to spend a few days. Quiet roomy and flat ground for RV’s. Road is a bit bumpy so you have to take it slow.

Report Check-In

found it! great great !!. take the gravel road just in front of the electrical facility. it goes all the way down to the lake. the gravel road at the right does not bring you to the right place and there is a no overnight sign.

Report Check-In

This place is permanently closed.
