Description
A large parking lot overlook where you can see great sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. No signs about no camping and no one questioned us, although two cars pulled up and sat for a while. Lots of birds to hear too!! No bathrooms or water or trash. I got pretty good signal in waves (5g on TMobile)

arrived around midnight and left around 9am for a car camp, parked near the middle of the pull of overlook lot. a few early morning visitors checking out the sights. no sign of rangers. no bathrooms water or trash.
beautiful overlook with an amazing view of the mountains with mist in the morning to wake up to! moon can be very bright at night and birds can be chatty, but otherwise dark and quiet with the occasional car passing by.

Like other comments it’s a pull off in the bypass. No signs and no one bothered us. We ended up coming back for a second night. The second night there was a good amount of wind which shook the van a bit. Nice place to stay with good reception. It is a long winding road to get to though
