Description

This place is right on the lake about a 15 minute drive from town. There are comfortable cabanas available for AR$300 per night plus tent pitches and caravan sites too. The internet only works in the big fogon/lodge area, unfortunately it doesn't reach the nice spots by the lake in the back. (Bit of a wild dog problem in high season.)

We don't stay here. The camping is apparently good, but the price is 11 thousand pesos per person plus 10 thousand for the motorhome. Too expensive, we continued.

Não ficamos aqui. O camping aparentemente é bom, porém o valor está 11mil pesos por pessoa mais 10mil pelo motorhome. Muito caro, seguimos.

Due to mechanical issue we were forced to stay 10 days in Petunia. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However the place is EXTREMELY busy in season and the campsites for vehicles are very tight, so no privacy. Clean bathrooms and facilities with a small shop and restaurant on site. Supermarket and a couple of small shops are within easy walking distance as is the bustop that can take you into Bariloche Centro, get a SUBE card (Available near on the main square) since the bus driver does not take cash.

Otimo camping ! O melhor perto do centro !!! Organizado, limpo e acolhedor!!!

Report Check-In

Very crowded on a Friday. Barely room for us to park. We did not enjoy the mobs of people but there was no loud music. The cost was 3000 pesos per person and 2000 for the camper. 8000 Pesos. Too expensive for us and too crowded. We stayed one night. (We had tried two other places earlier in the day and they were packed with children.)

Report Check-In

Lugar lindo e seguro. Um pouco caro. Banho quente e banheiro limpo.

Great spot . Beautiful and safe. A bit expensive. Hot and clean showers

Report Check-In

Very beautiful and spacious campsite, overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi. Good structure, with water, energy and wi-fi (weak). Value charged well above the average in Argentina and apparent lack of interest in serving users, such as when we requested an adapter for the faucet (a different size than normal), we were told to go to the hardware store to buy it.

Everything mentioned in the below reviews is correct. Only thing is that even though there is a sign that says “no pets”, everyone brings their dogs here to camp. We brought our cat and had no problems.

Even the camp staff have 2-3 dogs. It’s still Latin America after all :)

Report Check-In

One of the few campsites open all year.
The attention of the staff is very good, we used the bathrooms of the hostel with very good hot water, the other bathrooms were under repair, they allowed us to use a large room to have dinner at night and watch TV without problems. we assume for the low season, we were only 5 campers.
Prices $1700 per person and $500 for the car, from the third night 10% discount.
You can rent the plot for a whole month and stay in the area enjoying yourself.

nice campground with access to the lake, very international and very friendly.
Clean and good located between City and cirquito chiquito.
500 $ p. P.
You can also stay at the hostel which offers dorms for 650 $ p. P.

Report Check-In

Checked in for one night. Quite expensive for what you get. 750 A$ for 2 Person and a camper. The showers etc. Are in bad shape. But the Internet is fast.

Report Check-In

nice location , quite good amenities but very expensive for a medium campground like this : 380 ars pppn.

Report Check-In

We paid 720 pesos per night for two persons one tent. Expansive but the cheaper we found in Bariloche... Bus from terminal de ómnibus to the camping, to go in the city center it's about 15 minutes with bus 20. Also buses for Llao llao zone and Colonia Suiza.
Private beach to the lake is a plus !

Report Check-In

We were travelling 2 up and stayed here for 2 nights. Yes its peak period but at 250 pp we consider it way too much for what you get. Showers are small (albeit clean enough), toilets don't have paper. it has been mentioned that it's a bit like sardines, but we were able to park the bike just to the right after the entrance against the fence and while the the ground was not perfectly flat; we had plenty of space and our own table. It was quiet at night and there was security that walked around which is a plus. Otherwise no issues.

Report Check-In

In low season no other people on the campgrpund the wanted 200pp and 80p for the rv, we didn't stay and left to camping cirse

Report Check-In

Whew! If you are into the sardine style campground this is the place for you. Packed with Argentine holiday folks and spendy too. When its late and you have tired kids, it may do. We had to pay $80 pesos for our Hiace as they considered it a motor home. Cars are $30. $500/ 2 adults and 2 kids.

Report Check-In

For two motos, two people and a tent, we paid 300 pesos total per night. Comfortable, clean, with supplies within walking. Dogs friendly, pizza on the lake terrific. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Bathrooms clean, showers nice and hot. Other campgrounds were closed and sent us here. Good wifi by the hostel office building. Great spot to find at the end of a long day!

Report Check-In

It's a good camping, but the most expensive of our trip, we paid 300$AR to a tend (two people). But, the worst thing: WE WERE ROBBED when we want to the bathroom. Someone robbed our pcs, money and the camera (everything was inside the car) and the guy of the reception told us that it's a common thing there, because it's open to the beach.

Report Check-In

Cabanas 2400arg , camping 300 arg2 people and camper. No backpackers in hostal so we took that option for 380 for 2. Very comfortable. Bring own sheets or pay 20 extra

Report Check-In

Very busy. Nice flat site. La Anonima walking distance up the road. Few sites have a view of the lake but still a nice camping site. Ar$150 for one person plus motorcycle.

Report Check-In

Nice campground, but well overcharged at 150 pesos per person and 20 for the car (high season prices). Good things: lake access, 2 restaurants, good showers and electricity at all sites. Bad things: old toilet facilities, very dusty and very very poor wifi only on 1 spot (not a restaurant. There are certainly better campsites around at this price level.

Report Check-In

Lovely spot overlooking the lake Nahuel Huapi, but in high season as we now are AR $ 470 for a family of 4 per night was a bit rich.

Report Check-In

Lovely relaxed campsite for 100 ARS pp and 30 ARS for our Kombi on the weekend and 10 ARS on a weekday. Still not high season so pretty quiet. Choose from shady sites amidst the pine trees or the more open sites with views of the lake. Access to a small beach with a restaurant (closed while we were there) and a less than 10 min walk to two grocery stores (La Anonima and Toto) and 5 min to artisanal ice cream. Very hot showers with good water pressure, a place to wash dishes and clothes, a main building with wifi and a recreation area upstairs with a pool table and video games. Staff are very friendly and laid back. Also lots of stray dogs here, our fave is Lobo, so named for her wolf looks. It is about 20 min from town so you'll need to drive or take a taxi (if you can find one) or a remise as we did (we paid 110 ARS to go to the centro civico).

Report Check-In

This is a busy campground with a beach (easy access) and lots of daycampers. Restaurant and boathire on the beach. Wifi in the main building. The sites are rather small, have bbqs and tables. Water and electricity on sites. The sites near the lake have nice views. We paid 210 pesos for one small campervan and two crew. The camping El Yeti close by was closed. From Petunia you can drive to town in 15 minutes. Also good access to Circuito Chico and Circuito Grande: nice drives to see the lakes nearby. Petunia is a professional camping with a friendly receptionist. Hot showers, sinks, clean toilets. Lots of them! Not a place for people who seek peace and quiet...

Report Check-In

100 per night per person. We are two people with two motorcycles and one tent. The spots near the water (with views) are best. Season hasn't started so it has been quiet except on Sunday when there were lots of people here for picnics and the public beach access. If full season the spots are pretty close together. Clean bathroom, really hot showers with good water pressure and hot water in sinks, laundry specific washing area and areas for washing dishes. Easy walk to good icecresm and two larger grocery stores. About a 15 or 20 minute drive into Bariloche. Internet good speed.

Report Check-In

They do not allow dogs here. Camping Circe just down the road does.

Report Check-In

We came here because we read they had laundry machines and wifi. Wifi is ok if you are right next to main building. No more laundry :(. This place is overpriced for what you get. Far from town, campsites are very close, small windy beach on lake. Cost is 100p a person plus 30p per car. So we paid 230p.

Report Check-In

Small camping with many dense trees and little space for large RVs, otherwise ok water, showers and toilets, barbecue areas with benches, WiFi. On the night quiet.
Peso 125./Night

Take bus No. 20 for the city. AParking lotrox. 500 meters from the campsite's Supermarkets

This was the location for the Badass Bariloche Bovine Bonanza with 20 other overlanders. The management is very accommodating as long as you promise to clean up the mess. This place is right on the lake about a 15 minute drive from town. There are comfortable cabanas available for AR$300 per night. The internet only works in the big fogon/lodge area, unfortunately it doesn't reach the nice spots by the lake in the back.

Report Check-In

13km west of town at the lake, shady, large

Report Check-In

13.5km west of centro. The campground is beachside with a resto-bar on site. The wifi bandwidth is good but only available at the admin building and a couple close campsites. Coin operated washing machines. Routing: North of Bariloche, the route from Villa la Angostura to San Martin de Los Andes is called the seven lakes drive. The road is scenic and camping abundant. You’re only allowed to camp in designated spots but nearly all 7 lakes have nice free camping areas on their shore.

AR$40 per person, AR$10 for a vehicle.

Report Check-In

Camping with very small and - because of the large trees - very dark sites. Clean toilets, hot showers, (very slow) Free WIFI. There are two washing machines for self laundry and for 20. Peso / filling. Beautiful sandy beach at the lake.

(40 arg. Peso / person, 25 arg. Peso / car)
