Both guys are really friendly and willing to share the secrets of the nearby areas including Dana and Wadi Rum. The rooms are inside actual caves and the temperature is always cool. You can use the kitchen area for free. The place is clean and the sheets new. The rates are from 30-60, depending on size of room. It includes breakfast and dinner.
