From the Main Road go left up the Road to Stump Meadow. Turn left before the sign to Stump Meadow and Boole tree trail
On top there is a big open space where you can fit several Vans. We made it in our RWD Sprinter. I wouldn’t bring anything bigger than that, because of the narrow road. It’s national forest, so dispersed camping should be ok 🤙🏻
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
this spot is wonderful. the first pullout had three RV's parked so we drove up a couple hundred feet further and found a great spot for two vans.
Report Check-Inso we actually couldn’t find the spot originally labeled ‘on top of Sequoia NF’ (and i couldn’t figure out how to add my own) but if you keep going up the road, it’ll fork into three and if you go straight there’s a pull off on your left. it’s not the most level but has enough space to park & set up. super quiet and a great spot to spend the night and morning.
Report Check-InGreat spot overlooking the mountains. Please keep this area clean. Pack it out
