Description

This place was amazing! I was looking for a cute little mountain town just like this one. The parking is walking distance from a few cafes and a beer garden, sort of on the end of the "downtown" area. no one bothered us, more curious about the van and swapped van stories with us. It is labeled "free and rv parking" Perfect spot of solar, only a few trees around, enough to make the pup comfortable though. Highly recommend, we stayed here 3 nights. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak!

Easy. Clean warm bathrooms at Memorial park 1 block away. Open sunrise to sunset.

Nice spot for an overnight sleep break. Gets noisy around 5am as the shops start to open and traffic is going by. Also a dump truck getting the dumpster from behind the restaurant that is next to the parking lot. Down the road a couple blocks is a rest area with clean public bathrooms and outdoor electricity in the shade I used to charge up my power bank. Great views, grassy area for dog potty breaks.

A hidden gem for discreet overnight parking. Parked our van for the night with no issues. Woke up to A LOT of snow. Be prepared. This area is high in elevation. Snow subsided once we headed towards Colorado Springs.

Quiet little public parking lot just off of main road near downtown. There are a few cars here and one other van. Perfect and near amenities.

Great quiet spot. Stayed here two nights. One block away is Memorial park where you can use the bathrooms.

Great little spot! We parked here in our van overnight, no one bothered us, road noise until around 10 PM and then it got quiet. Bakery next door for morning pastries. Cute town.

Same here, cute little town, Gateway to Colorado Springs (has so much to offer)

Did one night here and it wasn’t bad at all few people coming and going including a big bus but no one bothered and it was fairly quiet. It’s close to food shops all that and I had perfect signal. Tons to do within a short drive
