After trying the two other petrol stations, one wouldn't sell, the other 9BOB without factura we decided for this one. Gasolina with factura at international price. Police was present.

This is the only fuel station in the city that accepted to sell us diesel as foreigners (Swiss plates). The other two were super rude and didn’t even want to talk to us. On this YPFB, they are nice but they didn’t want to fill out the jerrycan. So we accepted just the fill out our fuel tank, we went a bit away to fill out our jerrycan with our own fuel tank, and we came back. The employee smiled, she knew what we just did but didn’t care and they filled out our tank again. A bit long, but at least we left the city with enough diesel for sud-lipez and uyuni.

International price with factura 8.68/L. Asked about sin factura price and was told no so didn't push it. Friendly interaction.

We could only get gasolina at the internation price (and trying to negociate seems to annoy the lady a lot). No way to fill a jerrycan. Not very friendly.

We only got 6 bolivianos per litre when we returned later and a police officer was no longer hanging around the station. The official price quoted then was 9.15 per litre.

agreed on 6bs per liter after a little negotiation for 150L after the other two gas stations of tupiza refused. they then tried to cheat on the total amount by multiplying by 7... so double check before paying.

7bs per litre of diesel sin factura without negotiation. No problem with amount of litres. Con factura 10,40bs/litre.

6bs/l after negociation. Othe gas statitons in town only sell at internacional price.
