nice quiet residential area, there were a few more vans parked on the street. no "No parking" signs, there was a porta potty at the parking lot next door, but it was locked. Very close to the ocean.

Been staying here consistently since moving to the area. Has stayed quiet and worry free. have had a few travelers come through.
Report Check-Inparked along sunset. quiet, not too much foot traffic. school is nearby so leaving before 6 is key to avoid a lot of people. awesome little spot for an overnight stay. Beach is not too far away either (within walking distance)
Report Check-InInitially parked the van on Sunset Ln but decided to move up to where there were no “no vehicles over 8 feet high” … and someone pulled up to park right when I was pulling out of my first spot so then I felt awkward and drove around the block, ending up around the corner on W Channel Islands Blvd next to a wall across from what I didn’t realize until morning was an elementary school. Heavily recommend leaving these spots before 6a!
Oxnard Beach Park is close by and has parking for $1/hr or $5 all day (self pay stations). Beautiful spot with bathrooms, picnic tables, and vending machines with overpriced sodas & Powerade if you’re into that sort of thing.
Report Check-InVery quiet, residential street. Overnight parking allowed. Near beach and a beach parking lot. Take care of the space!
Report Check-InUPDATE: parked opposite forest beach park entrance, no signage regarding overheight. Awesome boondock spot!
Report Check-InPretty mellow, but signs saying “no parking if over 8’” are now posted. Not taking the chance.
