A few miles west of Winters. About 60 spots. A few with full hookups, many with power & water. Many with no hookups. Restrooms. Weak T-Mobile & Verizon cell service. Lower part of park with smaller campsites is along a creek. Upper park had numerous back- in spots for trailers. Prices ranged from ~$10 to $40, depending on site. $2 dog fee. Senior discount. Sites can be reserved in advance. Otherwise, first come, first served on open spots. 8685 Pleasant Valley Rd, Winters, CA 95694, USA

Peacocks abound. Seriously, there are peacocks running around. They eat ticks and discourage rattlesnakes. Nice little campground. Crowded on weekends, empty on weekdays. $40 for site with electricity, $10 extra for site by the water. $10 for extra vehicle. In June it's hot in the afternoon, nice in the evening and morning. Check-in is 2pm. They won't let you check in before that, and won't let you park in their parking lot to wait.
Report Check-InBasic campground, some spots more private than others. $25 for a dry site. First come, first served; plenty of sites available on a weekday at 4pm. Friendly camp host. Limited Verizon cell signal. Showers and flush toilets. Lake isn’t very nice for swimming but looks good for fishing or kayaking.
