Mexico
Nice botanic garden with sections ranging from desert cactus to tropical jungle. Lots of shaded parking. $20MX entry and $10MX for audio tour headset. Do not miss the audio tour! It is extremely well done, in both English and Spanish. I learned a lot and went away with a greater appreciation for nature. This is also a great place to bring a book and read. They have a section with benches tucked in the greenery specifically for that purpose. Hammocks as well. The gardens aren’t impeccably curated, but that’s Mexico, and that’s life. Worth an hour or two to visit.

Dos vehículos nos quedamos aquí. El estacionamiento cierra a las diez de la noche pero si hablas con el cuidador te deja quedarte. Dormimos seguros y sin ruido.
Report Check-InVery lovely botanical garden. Large parts are beautifully designed and kept, others look a little rough but they seem to be working on those. There are plants from all over México and some rare ones from around the world. Plants are grouped into different biomes and loads of them have information panels in Spanish and English. Throughout the park there is contemporary art specifically created for the location.
Entrance is still 20 pesos and 10 pesos for the audio tour.
