Your typical good Texan Rest Stop. Covered picnic tables, flush toilets, room for all size rigs, vending machines, WiFi, water fountains, counter with fixed stools and outlets.

This rest area has always been one of my favorites for an overnight in the Waco area. It’s clean and safe with decent connectivity. There are lots of picnic tables and trash cans. Plus there is a smaller parking area away from the restrooms. This parking area is just before you exit. Traffic noise is heavy but it doesn’t bother me.
