Wonderful place. Hilario and Ryan were very welcoming and accommodating. As stated in other reviews this place is very well set up. Cold and hot showers, clean bathrooms, lots of big tables decks and palapas, overlooking the river which was perfect for cooling off, bbq grills, sports fields, wifi, and nice grass for parking your rig. Very new facilities. We got a couple meals from the restaurant which is mainly open on the weekends but the food was great. Did a private cave tubing tour with Hilario who was knowledgeable and has been doing the cave tours for almost 20 years. We had a private tour at 8am and had the cave to ourselves. $65 for the tour pp and $25 pp to stay. Would highly recommended!! Incredibly gracious hosts. Ryan also has other tours bookable through tourbelizeadventure.com

Grassy area to park. There is a restaurant open on weekends. The river is really nice to swim in. The showers are hot and the bathrooms are clean. There is a small town you pass through before you get to agua Clara that has everything you need. The owner and staff are all very wonderful and inviting. I highly recommend staying here for a few nights. There is a playground and volleyball/basket ball court as well. Very relaxing stay. We were the only ones at night. Locals do day trips to the site.

Tried to get here, but was not able to. The off road to get there was closed by a gate.

There is a sign with two phone numbers. I guess you can arrange everything if you just call these numbers. Sadly I didn't had a SIM-Card for Belize and found nobody to call for me - so I moved on.

It might be usefull to call in advance: "+501 607-2142" or "+501 676-1109".

A really nice campground with everything you need! absolutely worth the 25 B per person. We stayed 2 nights.

We came to stay and there is a big sign at the entrance; no pets allowed.

This place is super nice. A kilometer or so off the road, secluded and quiet. All the facilities are new: showers, bathrooms, etc. WiFi is fast and reaches all around the property. The food from the restaurant is yummy, ceviche, burgers, wings. Thereโ€™s a huge grassy area with palapas and benches, volleyball court, basketball, football, river access to cool off. Hilario and his son Ryan manage the place and are very friendly.

They offer tours to go cave tubing $65 USD per person. We decided to do the tour with Butts Up company down the road for $50 USD per person, but we were part of a group. Hilario will do it private just for you.

The price to camp with tent is $25 BZD per person per night, which we think is expensive, since other place charge $10-15. They also charge extra $25 for electric hookup, which we didnโ€™t use. Charging phones is free. Restaurant is also pricey, around $15 BZD per dish, but not any other options around.
