Description

User reports: "I paid 25000, me and my small Vespa. What I suggest, it's contact Venacio /dacosta /paisino. Phone: 935217674 940539847 You can find them in FappA neighbors (close to military airport)"

We ran out of options to get our bikes to Soyo. We went to the gate and just asked to fly our motorcycles to Luanda. The military plane carries pretty much everything, locals were moving furniture etc. They first wanted 100,000kw per bike but we negotiated down to 140,000kw for two bikes and three people. 140,000 was $250usd black market rate ($1usd = 550kw at the time). The plane runs almost every day, you can probably get a 4x4 on the plane without too much hassle but negotiate a good price, don't let them know you have USD or are changing at black market rate as they will probably want more. At the time, a man named Alfonz was running the show, he was about 26 years old and organized everything. He did have a chief who came later and wanted more money but Alfonz smoothed it over. No customs checks or anything, just ride into the plane. No seats, not much to hold on to, takes about an hour to get to Luanda.

No longer an option. They have clamped down on this operation. I have spent 1 week waiting on this with no luck.

There are other ways should you need to get over to the mainland.
