Police Fédérale : Lorsque vous venez du Paraguay, c’est le premier endroit où vous devez aller pour faire votre entrée au Brésil. Une employée parlait anglais ce qui nous a aidé. Ensuite vous devez vous rendre à la recette fédérale pour faire l’entrée du véhicule.

Exiting Paraguay (with a dog, on a Saturday)

1. Go to the pin "Migración Paraguay, Pedro Juan Caballero". There's only the immigration here to stamp you out of Paraguay. Two Minute process.

2. Drive to the pin "Aduana Paraguay, Pedro Juan Caballero". Closed on weekends. There was one guy working, though, who took our TIP and we just hope they canceled it the following Monday. To get here, don't follow Google Maps, leave the Migración parking lot and turn right onto the PY-05 and take the next right turn onto Primero de Marzo.

3. Drive to the pin "Migration Brésil". It's the Polícia Federal. Easy process here.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 12 and 2pm - 5pm.

4. Drive to the pin "Receita Federal Brasil, Aduana". Here you get your TIP for Brasil.
Forgot the opening hours but we arrived at noon on a Saturday, so I guess they are open from like 7am to 5pm on Saturdays. Don't know about Sundays.
You fill out an online form and then get your TIP. They came to check our VIN and took photos of our car. After that you're good to go.

Process for dog: when you fill out the online form at Receita Federal you have to tick a box stating that you are carrying an animal. After that you will have to show the animal's documents. If you don't have the documents, don't tick the box and hope that they don't want to have a look into the car.
The Brasil SENASA (don't know how it's called in brasil) does not work on weekends. The guy from the customs did it for us, but he had no clue. He only gave us a 50 day TIP because our MERCOSUR Health Certificate was only valid for another 50 days and he thought the dog had to leave Brasil again within those 50 days. Complete nonsense but we did not argue because we're going to leave brasil earlier again, anyway.
I would recommend to not cross the border on weekends with a dog.

But difficult to park on the street and i think its not the official Migration point.
