Free dump station with rinse water and potable water across the way at Maverick gas station. This dump station is also mentioned in the comments of the water marked on here.
I'm adding a proper dump station mark otherwise if you scan Moab on the map, it looks like there is nowhere to dump!

Many comments say this is an easy dump. That may be true for Vans and small Motorhomes, but is going to be a PITA for anyone trailering. The dump location is about 2 car lengths from the dumpster, so you will not be able to pull alongside the dump as usual. Then, the fresh water is at the building, so you will have to turn around the other way and come alongside the building. Depending on how busy the station is, it is likely that you will have to exit the station entirely and return in the back entrance to get water. So yeah, it is free, but a cluster for trailers. Very poorly thought out design. For trailers, just spend the $5 and go to Farm & City Feed.
Report Check-InEasy access and free. Dump hose reached but their black tank flush hose was too short. Note that this is the Maverik station on the south side of town, not the one further north.

The water hose is filling up our fresh water tank in no time. The fastest we experienced yet.
Free Dump as usual at Maverik. Unsafe Water at the dump. Potable Water is available at watering stations at the pumps. We were here at noon. No waiting line. Thank you Maverik!
