A municipal campground with bathrooms and water and dump station. $10. If you go across the little bridge around the corner you are closer to the bathrooms that have real Toilets and lights and next to a little stream. Across from off-leash dog park. Good ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile signal.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Lovely spot near small stream & off leash dog park - good place to crash after Glacier NP
Report Check-InGreat little campground, clean bathrooms with running water. Tables at some sites. Sites are quite level. $10 per night. Very quiet.
Report Check-InStayed here because there was no free camping we could find anywhere and we figured we wanted amenities over mosquitoes at freezeout lake. Restrooms were clean enough and open, best camping is near them beneath the trees. However, our starlink was being very picky, we assume because of the huge metal grain silos. So finding a place to park was only difficult because we needed internet to work. Only one other person there in a trailer. Garbage trucks or delivery trucks were active around 5:30 - 8 am.
Nearby is a really nice park with a playground, lots of tables and frisbee golf.
$10 a night. 3 night stay. Safe and quiet despite trucks.
Report Check-InI love this campground! Several grassy sites with shade and picnic tables next to a stream for $10 a night.
Report Check-InSame great campground and town! We stay here every time we come this way 🙂
Report Check-Insmall, easy access, nice. very noisy train at 6.30 to 7.30am tooting it's horn and shunting carriages. Tooted every time it moved so loud it sounds like it's in the camp ground. Apart from that, all good.
free WiFi 24hrs at library by the big fancy building on the main Street.
Yes, a very nice small town campground. But, on this date, the washrooms are locked and the water is off. We stayed anyway - a good night. And, unlike the previous poster, a quiet night.
Very good wifi at the library, a 5 minute walk. Also good wifi - and specialty coffees - at Copper Creek Coffee, a 15 minute walk.
Report Check-In$10.00 a day with a 3 day limit. Dump station showed a price of $5.00. I parked my small travel trailer near restrooms under shade trees.
Report Check-InUnfortunately, this town campground has a lot of road noise. Even on a Sunday at 10:30pm, when I am trying to fall asleep. Unlikely I will stay here again.
Report Check-InAs others have said, the best spots are over the bridge in the trees. This is a nice city park with water, a dump and bathrooms. You can walk into town. Their is good cell service, and it is only $10. Enjoy.
Report Check-InGreat little place quiet clean great bathrooms and a nice little creek and some fire pit.
Report Check-Invery nice campground, very quiet, birds singing. wouldn't know you're in a city park. Arrived 9 pm after leaving 95 degree Great Falls getting engine work done. Backed up against a fast moving creek, deep enough to lay down in and cool off ( looked clear ). $10. clean bathrooms. yep, and there are mosquitoes.
Report Check-InCamping now $10 per vehicle per night (still a great deal). Shady sites, plus access to the community pavilion which includes a commercial kitchen and spotless bathrooms.
Report Check-InA municipal campground with bathrooms and water and dump station. 8$. If you go across the little bridge around the corner you are closer to the bathrooms and next to a little stream. Good ATT signal.
