The shop is large and they have many employees. A few guys speak good English. I had them check a car over before I bought it. 45.000. They put new tires on and did the alignment properly. The problem was they took a long time and the guy that installed my new radio screwed up on the backup camera. It quit working the first day. I imagine they are a fine place, I just worry a little on the quality.

when only speaking english ask for Mauricio, he is the only english speaking working there full time. lightbulb change took 5mins

Clean general mechanic shop with proper machinery. Alvaro Arriazada speaks good English.
They own a parking lot next to the shop where you can sleep. Toilet in the shop, but there is a green patch behind the parking that is well-hidden.

Although they work professionally in general, they made two critical mistakes when we replaced a broken steering arm: They screwed on the idle arm inverted by 180° and then performed a wheel alignment for the wrong year of the same model. I suggest you watch their works closely.
