Super quiet and not sketchy either. Paved parking lot across the fire station. One light from the adjacent building but it didn’t bother us. Full LTE . We opted for here since the other locations by the water seemed busy/loud off main road or for trailers only(dock). Shell gas station with water hose / clean bathroom just a short drive away.
Report Check-InSuch a nice overnight - quite. I stopped by the adjacent library/museum and enjoyed reading about the local history and the finds from an old weir discovery. They also had a cool book about the abandoned trails in Acadia NP. I wish I saw that before my Acadia trip - if you enjoy off trail exploring you will want to spend some time with the book.
