Claudia is super host, we slept here about 3 nights. 7500 pp, wifi about 20-30 mbits. Sadly toilet is not working now. She offered us if we wants to wash something. It's best to write her on WhatsApp before arriving. Anyway gate will be closed and locked most of the time. When you arrive, park before gate and you can try to go in ask her, it's house on right side about 200m after gate. There are hummingbirds and flowers painted on house. You can do small hike from here.

5k pp still. The family running the place now just moved here about a month ago. Lovely people, but the bathrooms looked like have not been cleaned for months...
Ok for a night, as it is today. Safe.
Good 15 min walk to Naranjo beach. Not good for swimming... There’s a sign that says risk of drowning. By the river (right side of the beach) there’s another sign warning for caymans.

Dirt toilets and showers and loud music all weekend. During the week quiet. Cheap option to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Hike to playa Los naranjos. It’s safe and locals are friendly.

Pedro met us with smiles and set us up with power and showed us the water and banos. Charged us 5000COP pp. We walked to the river and then to the sea; a long walk in river and on the bank. Beach was too rough for swimming. no Tigo service but appears to have Movistar.

We stayed 2 nights, left our vehicle during the day for no additional cost and walked to the entrance of the tayrona park (2kms, about 20-25min walking). we did the day hike in tayrona national park until the pueblito entrance and came back to the campground catching a bus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place under the shade of the mango tree. The owners were friendly and helpful. The crystal clear river near the property is perfect for a refreshing swim. They also serve breakfast and lunch. We didnt have breakfast but the lunch was good with portions for only 5000pesos including a drink.
Hint: If you camp under the mango tree make sure its not under the branch where the chickens sleep for the night..otherwise you will have poop all over your stuff..we learnt the hard way.

Report Check-In

OK campsite. We were woken up at 7am with the same song playing for over an hour on repeat. Might not be the case every night but the owners clearly don't care much about keeping it quiet in the morning.

Report Check-In
