A small pullout from the road that fits our 4runner and tear drop trailer. The pullout probably can fit 1-2 more cars depending on type of car. It was further down the road because the closer areas to the West Entrance was already taken up by 7:30 pm. The road is a 1-way road, not many areas to make a u-turn if we needed to with our tear drop. But the road does go on forever and I’m sure you can eventually find a spot. The road can be bumpy with potholes but our 2wd and trailer were fine. The temp 45F and barely any mosquitoes. Barely 1-3 bar T-mobile LTE and 3-4 bar 4g Verizon (with Weboost signal booster). Without the booster, we couldn’t get much of a signal. Occasionally the service will just go out so it’s barely enough to load a webpage if you need to. Nice and quiet. There were bikers and ATVs on the road as well but not many. No facilities, basically your primitive camp. Overall a wonderful stay!

Even in mid-october, all the spot before were taken by 7:30, so we landed here.
Road is bumpy, but still very doable with 2wd (it was dry enough).
Very quiet and level place.
Stayed in a nearby pull out. Many spots along this road. Nice and quiet and a good place to spend the night.
