Missouri welcome center. I didn’t see any signs prohibiting overnight parking — one other car stayed overnight, and a lot of trucks/RVs/buses as well, so I assumed there wouldn’t be a problem though.

Well stocked (and expensive, lol) vending machines inside, clean bathrooms that smell amazing.
