Latest Check-Ins

This is a compact campground with about 13 sites. A few are tent only. Several have water spigots. There are bear-proof lockers at each site, along with picnic tables and fire rings. Quiet hours from 10pm to 6am. Some hiking trails leave from the campground, and there are excellent maps available. Very good place to stay. As of 2024, cost is $20/night, half that with Sr Pass. When we arrived mid-week around 3pm, most sites were occupied. Excellent ATT coverage.

Report Check-In

Arrived 4:30 on a Wednesday most spots were open. Nice flat options for our truck top tent. 3 bars lte Verizon. This is a bear area. Picnic table, garbage, fire ring, and bear box per site. Pit toilet. Still $20 per night.

A bit cold and windy today.

Report Check-In

$20 now. Packed on Saturday night. No room for us.

Report Check-In

Rate increased to $20. Fresh water is available at a couple of the lower campsites, in re as ch of a 15’ hose to refill an rv.

Report Check-In

As advertised. And just $5 per site if you are old, or have Interagency Pass, etc. I think it is full - just 3 sites available when I got here at about 1:30. Lots of birds - Blue Jays, woodpeckers, others - and at least 1 deer wandering around ignoring the campers. Potable water right at each site.

Report Check-In

Great little campground. Still $10. Clean toilets, good water, nice hikes.
T-Mobile LTE is working.
Not all the places were taken on this Tuesday in February.

Report Check-In

nice camp and well kept. small area of camp spots and seems like it would be popular. most camps are nestled in wooded area - so shady in mornings and sun pops through about 9 am.
camp host on site and is attentive to park overall. probably in summer this place is packed as folks from the region can get away from heat. but now, winter season its do-able. we may have intermittent cell coverage.

Report Check-In
