Quiet place to set up a rooftop tent for the night. Camping is prohibited at trailheads or defined gravel areas but there are a few spots along the one lane road that a vehicle can get into.
A National Forests pass ($4/year) is required from the VDNR. Easy to buy online.
Showers ($5) can be obtained at the state park to the north.
