We stayed here 2 nights.
It was very peaceful.
No amenities, but walking distance to the mall for toilets, shopping, etc.
Loads of restaurants around.
Security walked past often.
On the second night, we had another campervan here, too.
Bitel reception not the fastest, but ok enough for YouTube.

We've returned to this place a couple of times when we needed to have laundry done and to apply for, and collect, our Bolivian visas. We've noticed people are less friendly.
Today, while we're waiting for laundry, we were told by security that parking here/parking of motor homes are no longer welcomed.
the presidente of the small place do not allowed motorhomes any more.
we stayed here for 3 nighths and then we must go away
Stayed 1 night. At 6PM there were no spots at this side, only at the other side which seemed busier with traffic; in the evening spots came free and we moved. Spots are small, we needed 2 to not block the road. It was quite noisy with vehicles, music, lots of people and barking dogs, until deep in the night and starting again from 5AM. Terrible night sleep. Not ideal but ok for a city parking.
