Description

After trying the other two hotels in town, we decided to check this Church, where we met a very welcoming host, Father Rome, who is managing this place. We asked for a safe place to park and he offered us one of their rooms to use a shower and toilet, we could sleep there also if we wanted. We stayed two nights, they had a celebration next day and invited us. We felt very safe, our vehicle was parked behind a double gated wall with barb wire. There is security at night and it was very quiet ( obviously not during the party after the spiritual celebration, but that we really enjoyed ). We advise to stay at this location before or after the border, it's a good place to rest before crossing Lagos. We advise to drive into Lagos very early and on a Sunday. They accept donations, and we left 15,000 Naira (10 euros ) for two nights, better give it to them that are building a community, other than a hotel. The place is big rig friendly, it's better to park at the rear in case there is a function. You get 4g coverage with MTN, there is electricity in the rooms.

Latest Check-Ins

It is a very good place to stay overnight in either direction. Rest before heading to Lagos or taking on the custom direction Benin.
Paster Rome welcomed us to stay. It's a very safe place, and we are allowed to use the bathroom and athe shower in one of the rooms.
It's important you leave the place clean, like you found it and please don't be cheap, leave a decent donation. They don't get government money.
