also we had a strange noise coming from the a/c compressor, they pointed us to a good a/c technician who fixed the issue (bearing gone, he found a matching one and replaced it)

Cristian can help you with contacts to fit cabinets or specialist work at a sensible price. Close to a good hostel, supermarket and a notaria.
