Description
They change Dollars, Euros and Rubel, unfortunately they don't change Kyrgyz Com. It was the only place we found in this town that changed money at all, so a good adress to go!
The exchange rate was actually pretty good. Not at all what the sign outside suggested.
The bank is called "First micro finance bank" (see picture attached)
