Description
Supernice new campsite in a private family’s garden. A lot of space for tents and currently two to three spots for normal sized camper-vans on the driveway (behind each other though). But they are planning to create more spaces for campers in the garden soon.
Bathroom is under construction and very simple but shower had great temperatures and pressure. Usage of water, electricity, washing machine, W-lan is included in the prices: 20 Lari for a tent and 35 Lari for a camper-van. There is also a room in the second floor which you can use for free at the moment if you like (simple room with single or double-bed).
The big plus of this place is the huge, beautiful, green garden and the amazing lovely family itself. It consists of grandmother Jeji, her daughter Tamara, her grandson James and the dog Zizi. Tamara speaks English and Swedish as she is also Swedish citizen and James English, Russian & Spanish. Jeji speaks a bit of English as well and Russian (besides all speaking Georgian for sure). They are all super-helpful with everything. James has a van himself and can also help out with tools and repair of camper-vans.
There is also a very good pizza place nearby called “La Burrata”. From the campsite you can walk to Tbilisi sea and to the Chronicles of Georgia or you can take Metro to Rustaveli / old town (15 minutes). All other things like bakeries, markets and many shops are in walking distance.
Please contact James on WhatsApp +995591986237 before coming because someone needs to be there to open the gate and to introduce you to Zizi, the dog! I can highly recommend that place - Georgian hospitality at it’s best!!!

I came with my camper-van for a day to wash clothes and take shower and stayed over a week. It was so quiet but the access to the city is so easy – I just enjoyed it so much.
