Very new and nice guest house. Beck is super friendly, good english speaking boss. 20$ for shared bathroom big double room with Fan and good breadkfast ( best fresh bread in Uzbekistan ) or 40$ for and ensuite bathroom one with AC, TV and so.
I took shared bathroom, which was OK, good hot shower. Can do laundry in the washing machine. Fast wifi.
Roofed secure parking for some motorcycles.
Would stop here again.
