Description
Two TCell shops and one megafone shop. The first TCell shop (next to the megafone shop) wasn't able or willing to sell us a SIM card, but no problem at the second one further down the street. We even got apples.
25GB+60GB "social" was 200 SOM and you get 10GB for registering a new SIM card.
50GB+100GB "social" was 310 SOM.
(20 SOM for SIM card included in prices above.)
Only passport needed.
