Description
Cheap & cheerful B&B, paying $20,000clp per night for 2 people in a smallish double room with shared bathroom - the cheapest in the area we found. Fairly decent WiFi which makes it up to the room ok, plenty of hot water in the shared bathroom. Breakfast of bread, jam, ham/cheese + coffee.
Nothing incredible but very welcoming owners (+ two ageing dachshunds), can use the kitchen and washing machine.
Off street parking for small vehicles (cars/bikes), look for 'Espuma Sur' sign for the turning off the road.

We stayed three nights there and i recommand it !! You can park your car (or kombi) in a parking of the street.
Hot water good wifi owners very welcoming... We paid 10.000 peso par pers par night in a private room
