we arrived after they had closed but the nice people here took pity on us and allowed us to camp. It was so nice we stay another night. lovely grounds and very peaceful but we are here during off season. I highly recommend.

Camping super!

Great place to stay. Full hookups, very quiet, and kind office staff. We were also treated to fantastic music from the fiesta at the event center! It stopped at 9 pm which is early by Mexican party standards. We love it here.

Nice and quiet place. Only 2 pools was filled with water but the place is clean and the people were very friendly. Toilet and living room close by. Showers are at the pool area. Full hook up 350 pesos per night per car.

Friendly and helpful staff. 350 pesos for 2 people a night (to us that’s 100 pesos overpriced). Big gravel rv parking lot with electric, water and sewer. There is a game room with ping pong and football table and tables and chairs for the RV ers. There is a toilet in there. Than there is a small pool with warm water to swim. Next to the pool is a bathhouse with toilets and showers. The showers had barely any pressure and the water was warm enough but not hot. Quiet for sleeping. Some smell of cow lot next door. Faint noise of the train. Not a destination but surely a safe place to park. We were here in low season..

Une seule toilette bien propre mais sans douche à la salle communautaire. Il faut se rendre à la piscine aux tortues pour avoir les douches. Laissez couler longtemps pour obtenir l'eau chaude.

Nice place, new building in the rv park with a nice bathroom, babyfoot and ping-pong table. Quiet at night, it was 350 for a night (2 adults) and kids paid for the water park entry (80 and 50 pesos).

This is a really nice RV site. The thermal pools are not that hot though. There was only one pool open. We had to pay an extra 80 pesos for my two boys which brought the total to 430 pesos for our family in our 22foot RV. And we were told we had to leave by nine the next day or we would have to pay for another day. We noticed a LARGE amount of flies. They covered our screens. It seemed strange. But the mystery was solved around supper time when the most noxious smell permeated our RV. It was unbearable actually. We closed everything even our fans and could not go outside. Someone drops mounds of manure next to this campground. Mounds and mounds of manure! Wow!

Used it as an overnight stop, very convenient to bypass. Tight access for Class A, but everyone fit. 30 amp power, water, and sewer. No odours, nice pool. Have to find someone to open the gate if you want to leave before 9 am.

What a very sad situation. The most beautiful RV park I have seen in Mexico - but what a sad surprise. Got parked, everything was super quiet, very few guests on Sunday night, so Monday would bring promise of even thinner crowds. While there was no wifi anywhere near the RV parking lot, there was a great cell signal from Telcel. Unfortunate but that's the way it goes normally in Mexico.

However at 3AM my fans were blowing in some of the most fowl ammonia smells I have ever experienced, which woke me out of a dead sleep. Eyes watering and nose burning, I closed all the windows and turned on only the fan to the AC (it was 67F outside) just to circulate the air through the AC filter. Finally gained my composure by around 5:30 AM with breathable air and at the crack of dawn I quickly packed, requested and received a refund with no questions. Not sure what kind of animal or factory waste had permeated the air but I high-tailed it out of there. This spot might be OK with ample wind through this area, but check weather.com and only visit on windy days.

(This area is full of factories, chicken, hog, cattle feed-lot and slaughter country, so be prepared for a Land of the Flies experience, assuming you can tolerate the smell.)

Update: The WiFi signal works near the VIP hotel area and front office but signal is zero in RV parking area. Also note this place provides a capped sewer connection at each site which is a rarity on the mainland. Also note I measured the 30A service provided and it stayed in a range of 120V - 110V while producing 26A to the AC unit in the heat of the day, combined withd wter heater which maintained 110V minimum. (Would consider the power as excellent.)

This is a typical Mexican waterpark. Several different pools, picnic areas, fields, snack bar. This one also has cabanas for rent and RV hookups in a large flat area. There is very limited shade (lay afternoon only). The hook ups include water, electric and sewer dump.
The not-so-good: this is a bit out of town, it can be very busy on a weekend, the horse in the RV area has left a few deposits that draw flies and provide stink. The price is $350p per night. Didn't get wifi at RV area. The RV salon has one bathroom, no shower. Showers are poolside. This would be a great place for a group or folks with kids. But it worked for us for a night.
