Description

Basically a boat landing and day recreation use with a parking area, overnight camping seems to be allowed. There are some spots for about four rigs, with picnic tables, a porta potty and garbage cans. And a nice view over the water. FREE!

Beautiful lake with a great view of the sunrise. No signs saying you can’t park here, and it’s pretty quite that night bc it’s near a dead end.

Stayed the night here. There was a Sheriff parked when we drove in- asked if it was ok to park for the night and he said it was fine. There are houses across the lake but no one bothered us.

Great little area at the end of a road by the lake. A few fishermen but they left at dark. Very quiet and peaceful.

city park that allows camping , large parking lot with plenty of space for a rig of any size .. one covered picnic table with several others along with plenty of trash cans . campfires are allowed but make sure you are 20 feet from the retaining wall at the lake shore .. 2 islands a little ways out to paddle around . spotted a eagle , and had some really nice sunrises ..
be aware it is a kind of local hangout for the younger crowd so there is some traffic overnight . currently there are no services at this location but they do bring portapotties in for the spring/summer season .
