Drove up to this first spot on the coast, and the road up from Bahia Tortugas was hard packed without correlations. Was so much fun to drive, felt like a rollercoaster. And very scenic too. Definitely worth the drive under these circumstances, no guarantees; weather and maintenance depending.
Report Check-InNice place easy access but a very long road. Here is as fare as a big rig can go. The real end of the road is 3 km at the at vigilance’s casita but only for small rigs
Report Check-InNice place. Bad washboard road to get here. But nice view of the whales if you have googles or a spotting scope.
Report Check-InNice place on a cliff. Perfect to sleep. Quiet at night. Not hidden, the whole town can see you. But no one bothered us. Could be windy.
Report Check-Inwe stayed here, right along the bluffs before the town at the end of the road, good spot for sunset whale watching. while we were parked a local came up, the town has its own patrol force that seems to police themselves, he was extremely friendly and told us he would let other people know we were here and that we would be watched out for while camped. just some more small town Baja friendliness.
