1390m.Wood-fired hot showers / near scenic lake / dirt lot / tables / grills. I’d say skip the campground as we spotted a few wonderfully scenic bush camps lakeside, 5-10km east of Potereillos AR$59 per night.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The camping was closed today. The guardian told us it's only open from january to march. He let us take water from the camping and told us we could camp at the lake in front, because it doesn't disturb. This is what we've done!
Report Check-InStill closed, it's a shame, very nice place to rest in the middle of the road.
Report Check-InOkay-ish campsite. Good installations.
Way too overpriced at 600 ARS for 1 person and a tent for 1 night.
Very much open now. Price is 640 pesos/tent (on bicycles, sounds like same for car or bike). Nothing else in town other than cabin rentals, expensive hotel or wild camping. Wasn't too loud for a Saturday night in high season. Decent showers/bathrooms with hot water. Has a pool, electrical outlets throughout but not at every site.
Report Check-InOpted to stay here because starter motor was on the blink and needed to employ help of locals to push. Was charged 120 for 1 person and bike for the night. Lady said normal price is 240 for a car and 4 people if I understood correctly. Don't know if this is high season or Saturday night price. Much quieter towards back of site. BBQ and bench at each spot.
