It is a level grassland around a small laguna behind the hill of Calamarca. You will be exposed to the wind and the road on the hill around, but only few cars passed by. The grassland itself is easy accessible in dry. But do not too close to the laguna, swampy. We had a quiet night.

A few km of dirt road from the highway
We spent one more night here on our way to la paz. Again very quiet and save.
Report Check-InAt the moment the aymara ladies are preparing chuño (sundried potato) arround the lake, interesting procedure. They leave in the evening and said it’s save and quiet here. Yes, that’s true.
Report Check-InReally nice and quite place in the countryside. Cold. Lot of space for all vehicules. Lamas, sheeps and ducks.
