There's a small paved one-track road leading from the main road up to the top of the hill, near a Mobile-Phone-Pole. There are some small houses and a huge grassy/stoney area around. We asked for permission to stay and it was ok and free. One lady came to sell her art-stuff and we bought a little something to show our respect. Very friendly, super quiet and save. If there's a gate on the way up you can just open it.
Accessible with 2WD, high clearance recommend because only half the way up is paved.

drove there the very narrow paved road to get here. Beautiful view of the canyon. photo attached. Tgere were small rock slides that villagers were removing. I am not sure what a person would ifcar coming f g other way.
I stopped here and and walked to the scenic view. looks like they are trying to make a scenic spot here.
