tried to go around the lake on the north eastern side. Beautiful two track but the ruts were so deep my pegs hit rocks on both sides (KLR650). Was very hard to turn around. In a 4WD you would need high ground clearance, on a bike you would need very narrow pegs or very high clearance. Furth on there was marshy mud as well which I didn't get to. Go around the south side instead!!

Spectacular view of Laguna Colorada, hundreds of flamingos close by, place well signalled to protect wildlife - please be considerate! Windy, flat, good for all kinds of rigs. Access might be difficult in times of rain.
