Best beach in Chile! Wide huge white sand with crystal clear blue water, beautiful Rocky Mountains and firey sunsets! This entire road (marked off the main road by a green safety vest on a post) has so many perfect wild and free spots! Ours was just past the huge construction flat sand zone just below the other wild site. Wild Love is a perfect spot to relax, walk through the little rock art garden and soak in some love! We came for one night and stayed for 3! Also down to the very right end of the beach there is a little hidden pool in the first set of rocks that is deep and sandy to sit in! Take the road from Chañaral that doesn’t go through the National Park so it’s free! Good roads, no sand traps for our 2wd campervan!
Full LTE 4G coverage

Great spot! Taking the path from the main road as described at the 17.100 sign, this led to several different spots where you could camp - just take your pick :)
The path was very compact sand and no problem for our 2wd. We were totally undisturbed, a very calm and beautiful place.
A truly spiritual experience. Wild Love is perched atop a mass of ragged rock erupting from the earth. In front of you, a majestic white sand beach stretching as far as the eye can see with vibrant blue waters lapping the shore. The gentle breeze, carrying hints of the salty Pacific, sweeps across your face as you gaze out at the captivating landscape before you. The bleach-white bones of years-old sea lion carcasses and the sheer lack of people further adds to the raw remoteness of the land. You will not regret a visit to Wild Love; you will leave a changed person.
Report Check-Ingreat spot in front of a big white sand beach. go down to the beach to see a beautiful sunset and some sea lions. the spot is very clear as well. only negative point is that the place is surrounded by hills, so you get I. the shadows quickly in the evening and late I. the morning. it might be worth going a bit further in the rocks, as the track continues.
Report Check-InPerfect spot! Thanks beautiful overland community for keeping this place clean. The beach a little more south has a lot of rubbish lying around..
If you take the turn off at the 17'100 sign as described below the road is a little easier and perfectly doable for any 2wd. The turn off just before the park entrance has a couple more spots for big rigs, but the road is a little more rutted. Enjoy!
Report Check-InNice place to stay one night! We came from the south. When you see the yellow 17’100 sign tourn left and follow the path. It was very clean with a great view.
Report Check-InBeautiful and quiet camping spot. If you drive all the way to the cliff slide, you're protected from the wind. An SUV is required to take this dirt road as it is quite slippery and rocky. 4x4 would be ideal but we could go there without it ! Turn left on one of the many dirt roads leading to the beach before reaching the national park's entrance (from there on wild camping is forbidden).
Report Check-InBeautiful and peaceful spot with view on the see and fantastic huge white beach. Multiple spots available. Very accessible for our 4x4 Motorhome. We were alone 3 days in this paradies.
Report Check-InWe spend the night just a little closer to the beach. From this wild love spot you can see a nice platform just in front of it. Super white beach!! We had a nice campfire during the night. Sunset and sky is amazing!
Report Check-InStayed an extra night at this little piece of paradise! Only saw a few weekend campers down below during our stay. Heavenly when sunny and cozy when cloudy. Loved the level privacy. Truly a hidden gem!
Report Check-Ingood place above the beach. it appears to be an improved pad. you will see a few fire pits made with the local rocks. we camped 2 days and didn't see a soul.
Report Check-InBeautiful place overlooking the ocean. No wind at all and very quiet in the night. The only downside of this trash free paradise is the toilet paper behind one rock, so please take yours with you to keep this place clean!
Report Check-InWe loved this place! We intended to stay one night, but ended up spending three and we might also return. The campspot is easy to find, because there is a little handmade sign with WILD LOVE on it. Definitely go here!
Report Check-InBeautiful wide white sand beach and interesting and varied rock formations to explore. Easy access for 2WD, one other overlander here when we stopped. Full LTE
Report Check-InOne night here, not far from the entrance from mainroad. Travel with motorbike and tent. No point to go further down since the sea are too far because the beaches is really wide. And can see white wide beach view from the top instead of down area. Quiet and peaceful. Safe. Just to get water too far.
Report Check-InAbsolutely amazing beach to camp, do not lose your time looking for a better place : there is not! Very clean (except few toilet papers at some place). Quiet, completely hidden from the main track, a huge 300m wide white sand beach and absolutely nobody around. We spent 2 wonderful days here. No shelter from the sun nor wind but there was just a little and nice refreshing breeze at that moment. Be prepared to stay longer than expected!! Perfect for kids as well.
Report Check-InAmazing spot! One of the best we did in Chili so far. The dirt road is sometimes a bit complicated for our camper truck even tough we have a 4x4. The landscape is really impressive. 3g entel
Report Check-InReally nice spot with view on the best beach you can imagine : clear water and white sand. Good 3G with Entel.
Report Check-InWe camped a little south of here, inbetween two rocky outcrops on the beach (4wd only). Just wanted to give a heads-up to future overlanders: the high-visibility/safety vest is no longer tbere, but the metal stake still is, and so is the white sign saying 'Azucar' (a little further away from the road). Just drive slowly and you can't miss it.
Report Check-InGreat place, absolutely quiet, 2 MN from a huge white sand beach. Don't use map.me you would take a bad road for 4x4. Take a road 1km southern, you can check with google map sat view. H+ connection. Free camp is not allowed in the PN.
Report Check-InStunning place. Absolute silence(besides the sea). White beach, stunning view. Top good to be true! Spot is tastfully decorated by predecessors!
Report Check-InMost beautiful place we have seen yet in Chile. Huge beach and some trekking paths around. Not so windy and absolutely no one when we were there. 3 days only with the sound of the ocean and a breathtaking view.
Report Check-InReally nice beach. Be aware of, that the ground sometimes is sandier, than you would see or expect! A 4wd is necessary to reach the places more in the depths of the path.
Also consider: at night it is not just dark, it's black! We've never in live experienced something like this. Probably it's due to the fog in the sky, but with headlamps we couldn't see any fog. We really couldn't see our hand in front of us with no light, it was absolutely scary!!! But quite and nothing paranormal happened ;-) Free, no facilities.
So wonderful and magical place! so peaceful. we didn't find the green jacket which marks the entrance. we enter by this graveled road : 26°12′54.5″S 70°39′14.28″W or -26.21514, -70.653968
With our 4WD low clearance van it was fine. Enjoy the place ☺️
Indeed....it's a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the soft sand. We didn't go into the NP. Be careful when you like to drive on the beach...never stop or you will be stuck. Just like me :)
Report Check-InVery pleasant spot with a good view all around but especially on the white beach and sea. We stayed two nights, didn’t have much wind. Saw just a handful of people in two days. Sound of crashing waves in the background
Report Check-InThere're other spots and acess around here. Just a little trash. White sand and blue/green sea! It's really amazing.
Report Check-InSpent two night here
very safe
quiet place with a huge white beach
Perfect !
