Were at the end of the parking. In front it says forbidden between 22 and 6 o'clock, but there were vehicles everywhere. Quiet night and morning, evening very busy promenade.

place as in the description. Public parking in front of the hotel. During the day, public toilets available for 10 Rubel or in the hotel lobby (there is a Kafe if you need a reason to use the toilet). If you catch the right moment, you can maybe steal a little bit of water from the watering system in the green area ;-)

Sure you can just ask in the hotel lobby and make a deal for toilets/water. Otherwise there is no public toilet or water available.

Police came by from time to time but did not send us away. Cars with loud music in the evening, quiet after midnight.

A good spot to explore the city center of Astrakhan. The spot is situated next to the Volga river and there is a nice promenade along the Volga.
It is a nice city with good restaurants and and shopping facilities.
During the day, the spot is very quiet. In the evening, however, there are much more people, cars with loud music and motorcycles next to the bar-restaurant Harley. It becomes quiet again at midnight.
We still recommend this spot for its central location and the facilities nearby. In addition the hotel provides WiFi for free if you ask the front desk
