Belize
AMAZING home made caribbean food made by Steph. We randomly stopped at this little road side comedor and it turned out to be the best food stop we made in Belize. Steph makes different dishes every day, we had a creol fish boil and locals arrived constantly during the hour we spent there to take away her lunches. Her husband also makes all of the Refrescos she serves. The Sorel and Tamarindo we’re especially good and hardly any sugar. Delicious delicious delicious. We also ended up buying some bottles of Vince’s home made wine from their house across the road. We liked the mango and the raw cashew flavours the best. strong potent liquor to be drunk over ice. Well worth a try. Proper pirate stuff.
