Mexico
Rodeos here on Sundays at noon. M$60 for entry. Parking along the front (we got here early to make sure which is probably worth it). Lots of space for big rigs. Takes two hours. It's no Calgary stampede but it's fun to watch with skilled cowboys...

Still 60$ pp. Kids are free. Fun to watch for a cheap ticket. Not many tourists, passionate locals. Beers, tequila and tacos inside. We are glad we went there. Last quite some time, from noon to …3:30 pm. But we can leave whenever we want though.
Report Check-InIt’s now 60 pesos entry. It’s a fun event with live singing. Typical rodeo but I was a little uncomfortable with the treatment of the animals at times
Report Check-InStill on every Sunday at 12:00. Started as a fun and interesting event, but it drags on a bit, a bit of waiting between events. I was a bit uncomfortable with the treatment of the cattle being lassoo'd, but maybe that's my lack of understanding these things. Our friends dog was allowed in, no problem. The event is worth a visit if you're in town on a Sunday, but probably not worth extending your stay or making a detour for. 50 pesos entry fee.
Report Check-InStill going on, still 50p. I personally have mixed feelings being an animal lover and rider myself. However, my partner had fun and the dogs were allowed to join us inside. I would beg to differ that there is a lot of parking out front...it's a fairly slim sidestreet that you have to park up on the grassy median a bit.
