Something not right?

Description

We asked the Library where we could park for the night and they said here.
It's in the woods and next to the town hall. Police nearby didn't say anything.
Very quiet.
Ok for one night.
Room for small vans.

Report Check-In

I asked at the Library and Town Hall, both said no overnight parking. So, I agree with the other post that says this spot is closed.

Report Check-In

Very quiet parking lot under the trees. Alone to sleep in our converted van,but multiples cars parked for the night. Two porta potty available when we were here.

Report Check-In

We were “moved along” by a police officer and told we couldn’t stay here overnight. So I would say this place is permanently closed.

Report Check-In

Rolled in around 7:00PM and stayed until 7:00 AM. there were a few other people camped in their cars/minivans but I was not bothered. It was definitely weird sleeping right next to a police car and not have anyone talk to me.

Report Check-In

Parked at the back near the forest, made dinner, watched a movie and slept in late, and had no issues! It was a pretty quiet parking lot, with police coming and going from the station. We’ve never slept this close to cops in the van, so that was fun!
No amenities- pack in pack out!

Report Check-In

This place is weird. There’s long term minivan/rv/car dwellers here that kinda let their vehicles go. There 2 cars there that haven’t moved in 2 years (I asked). I went to the library only to use the seating area, was immediately approached by these dwellers that were shouting about how bad the city is to dwellers and they want to start a coalition to fight them. They literally walked up to my van, knocked and opened the door. I was there for 5 mins, these people are nuts. Don’t come unless you park in the actual library parking lot.

Report Check-In

Despite being right next to the police station, I didn’t feel safe here. Drove 30 min south to the Walmart
